For the modest fee of $90/yr one can become a member and get a boat ramp key. And for an additional very reasonable fee, boat slips can also be rented as available. Note: while there are public access points to the beach further up Shore Dr closer to town, the only access to the beach at 106 Shore Dr and 4 other adjacent houses is from the homeowners' backyard via their own private steps to the beach; thus, in effect, making it like a private beach. The lot adjacent to 106 (Lot 27) has steps to the beach but these steps and the lot are not part of the sale. However, the new homeowner of 106 could build steps if they choose.
